XEmacs Home Page for Eduardo Pelegri-Llopart

This is the XEmacs home page for Eduardo Pelegri-Llopart, one of the developers of XEmacs.

I did my PhD at UCB and a postdoc at CSL/PARC. I joined Sun in 1990, spent some time in DevPro (that is when I made my contribution to XEmacs) and joined JavaSoft in fall '95, where I've been the lead for several JSP-related specifications and JAX-RPC. I'm currently the Web Layer architect for J2EE.

I was born in Barcelona and I grew up mostly in Caracas; I have two kids and I speak only catalan to them; I can juggle some (career, family, and 4 balls or 3 pins); and my english can be idiosyncratic!.

Contributions to XEmacs:

Author of EOS, a package included in the standard XEmacs distribution that integrates XEmacs with the SPARCworks development environment from Sun. Past lead for XEmacs at Sun; advocated the validity of using Epoch, and later Lemacs, at Sun through several early prototypes.
